My bankruptcy has been discharged, can I sell my quads? - repossessed quads for sale
My bankruptcy discharged more than a year. The quads were included, but were not found. Since they have no titles can I sell?

You can not legally sell without titles. Call the lien holder and bring about reaching a solution. You have the right any time, just as the lienholder. The debt we owe is forgiven, but they must pay to get free of the lien. It is an offer on the basis of actual cash value.
If you do not have a title, do not.
The sale of them could lay criminal charges.
But if they were abandoned on your property, you can find titles based on forgetting to ... Storage costs, etc.?
I would like to ask the lawyer who handled his BK.
